  • A downloadable PDF of the presentation
  • An application exercise for each module

Her expertise includes strategic planning for employee development, organizational readiness, staff development workshops, coaching, leadership development, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution. Julia is an advocate for measuring the effectiveness of learning and organizational interventions and has developed models for capturing and tracking the financial return on these investments.
